Responsibilities:
• Create and implement staffing strategies to provide a qualified and diverse candidate pool.
• Build relationships with strong leadership talent in the marketplace. Source passive candidates through networking, direct sourcing, and occasionally working with external executive search firms.
• Evaluate skill level, conduct efficient and professional interview process, and drive offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations and negotiations, and closing of candidates.
• Communicate effectively with the hiring manager and interview team to ensure preparedness during the interview process. Share and exchange information with all levels of management.
• Provide a great candidate experience and act as a candidate advocate. Propose and implement ongoing improvements to recruitment efforts.
Requirements:
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience required.
• At least five years proven recruiting experience in an executive search firm or corporate environment, executing a variety of leadership searches. International experience is a plus.
• Knowledge and experience in a wide range of current recruiting policies, practices, and trends and the ability to grasp new technologies.
• Ability to work in a team environment, manage multiple clients, and provide strong consultative skills throughout the search process.
• Ideal candidate will be self-directed and highly motivated with a strong sense of urgency.
• Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage competing demands.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy.

* Basic hands on knowledge of Flow Cytometry, including instrument platforms and software applications.
* Knowledge of immunology, hematology and/or clinical chemistry in the clinical, research or pharmaceutical environment.
* Knowledge of reliability fundamentals and basic understanding of reliability analysis
* Experience with blood-work testing.
* Technical writing for the preparation of plans and reports.

Angel funded start-up company has an immediate 6-8 week contract to possible permanent or extension opening for a Graphic Designer opportunity in Campbell, CA.
Client info:
We are an innovative, unique 2nd tier storage solution, founded by the NetApp innovator of 2007 and 2008. We offer a more cost effective storage solution using 95% less power than raid.
Consultant needs to be on site initially (first 3-4 weeks) then can remote in a few days a week if necessary. Contract to permanent situation estimated 6-8 week contract, with extension or conversion for the right person.
The requirements:
* Experience in aesthetic design work for physical items (case and bezel), as well as visual items such as flash or PPT (PowerPoint) stuff for marketing or display.
* Really need someone that has experience doing physical design or product enclosures etc
