Recruiters play an essential role in fueling our growth with extraordinary talent. In the position, you will implement staffing strategies to provide a qualified and diverse candidate pool. You will ensure team preparedness during the interview process and that the interviews are conducted efficiently and professionally. You will interface to negotiate and exchange information at all levels of management.

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for Sourcing “front-end” recruiting activity.
• Source active candidates from on-line databases, contacts list, internal databases, and employee referrals.
• Will need to generate leads from LinkedIn and prepared list (most candidates will be passive).
• Must be strong in sourcing passive candidates through networking, cold calling, complex internet searches and research.
• Proactively conduct research and investigate new ideas to create innovate sourcing strategies.
• Act as a search expert for functional area(s) by understanding functional hiring needs, position specifications, and search requirements.
• Generate a high level of activity ensuring a full pipeline of candidates.
• Bring candidates to the technical phone interview portion and then hand off (sell candidates) to Lead Recruiters.
• Partner with Lead Recruiters to generate leads, leverage resources, and share information that facilitates an effective search process.

Requirements:
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience required.
• At least 2-5 years proven recruiting experience in an “Agency” staffing environment.
• Knowledge and experience in a wide range of current recruiting policies, practices, and trends and the ability to grasp new technologies.
• Ability to work in a team environment, manage multiple clients, and provide strong consultative skills throughout the search process.
• Ideal candidate will be self-directed and highly motivated with a strong sense of urgency.
• Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage competing demands.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy.
